High mileage groups: you guys really have some control and flexibility over those doubles this week. The goal is to get the mileage in. For example, if you feel like getting out and shaking out the legs tonight you can and just do the single recovery run tomorrow. Only days that you shouldn't be doubling are Friday before long run and the long run day itself. Don't take this as a suggestion to do more doubles, just can fit them in when they make sense for your schedule and more importantly how you are feeling.
